My yahoo mail box cluttered

My yahoo mail box i kept unaccessible for a time and it get cluttered with junks of mail,
and now it is around 5412 mails, woaaah, what i do it was a herculain task for me to find out what to delete and what to keep, i want to appoint some engineers to look after my mails like bill gates doing ;-)
